Out of the box, the "1st Escalation Notification" Quick Action (on Incident) notifies the Incident Owner.
If you need to adapt this to CC: the Team Manager too here are instructions on how this can be achieved.
- Log in to the tenant with the Administrator role
- Go to the Incident workspace
- Go to Action Menu > Edit Actions
- Select the appropriate notification, e.g. "1st Escalation Notification" Quick Action
- Click "Add CC"
- In the CC field, click Add
- Specify the field $(TeamManagerEmail)
- Click the green + icon to add the value
- Click Save
