How do you modify Action Menu categories

    Our implementation of Action Menu items and categories does not make a lot of sense. Many action items have no categorization. They are listed in "No Category". I know how assign them to a category. My issue is that I don't know how to create new categories like "Reports" and I also don't know how to make an existing category available to a BO. For example, the Problem BO does not have "Form Action" as an available category while the Incident BO does.


    Resolution

    The Category field is a dropdown that allows you to select categories that exist but you can also make new ones by simply typing them into the field and saving the action.
