CAUSE OF THIS ISSUE
As a MacBook has no physical eject button for its DVD drive, ejecting media is handled by an Apple application called KbdMgr.exe, which is executed by Explorer.exe. This sends a raw access code to the drive to eject the disc. When file filtering is enabled, Sanctuary blocks raw access to DVD/CD, thus this raw access code is blocked and the disc cannot be ejected.
