Device Control Shadow File Content Not Accessible

    Shadow File content can be rendered unaccessible when the folder location used to store the files is changed (currently Device Control supports only one storage location). This is evidenced by the "Save" icon and full file names not being displayed on the Device Event Log Queries Results page.

    Temporary Solution

    Manually copy the shadow files in the old storage location to the new location, then restart the EDS Server (accessible as a Windows service via the Windows Server management console).
