How to change where Attachments are stored in LimeTime.
'Attachments in LiveTime not working after upgrade'
After the Upgrade to 5.0. We are no longer to access attachments. An attachment shows up with a size of 0 Kb. When we click on the attachment we are brought to an empty Window and cannot get back to the Helpdesk ticket without closing the browser and Logging back into LiveTime.
Ensure that the your LiveTime Properties file is pointing to the correct output location, as this folder stores each of your applications attachments.
The Properties file can be found in:
< Tomcat Home > Webapps > LiveTime > WEB-INF > LiveTime.woa > Contents > Resources > Properties file.
Within the file, locate the following and update the path to the correct location of our LiveTime output folder.
# Local instance output - eg. Log files, temporary storage
# Shared instance output - eg. Attachments & Indexes
Once you have made the change, restart LiveTime. The attachments will now be accessible.
