Version 1

    Details

Relevant when upgrading a 7.2.x or 7.3.x Lumension Endpoint Management and Security Suite (LEMSS) Agent to 8.0.

During the upgrade process for an agent, a third-party AntiVirus solution may detect infected files in the LEMSS Quarantine folder and attempt to clean/quarantine them. To prevent this, you must exclude two LEMSS Quarantine folders third-party solutions:

    C:\ProgramData\HEATsoftware\LEMSSAgent\data\persist\AV\quarantine
    C:\ProgramData\HEATsoftware\LEMSSAgent\data\persist\live\AV\quarantine

    2. Click on the Settings tab.
    3. Select Excluded files and locations.
