    If a customer is not using derived priorities (Impact and Urgency) and is instead directly assigning the priority of requests, how will the criticality of a item then affect the priority?


    Resolution

    It won't. The system default in the admin console will be used as there is no Urgency to cross correlate with to determine a priority setting - which can be directly altered by the user regardless of the setting.
