Request Team - Imports
Since the upgrade to Release 6 I'm not able to import Items anymore because of a new team: Request team.
What should be the process assigned to the Request team?
We have currently the following teams:
- MENOS team => incident
- Problem team => problem
- Change team => change request
The Request Team relates to the Service Request role.
When selecting the fields on the Field Mapping Wizard screen, the field for 'Request Team' only needs to be assigned if there is a request team configured in LiveTime.
If there is a request team configured in LiveTime, then a service request team needs to be entered.
Note that in version 6 the CSV item import template includes the extra field for the 'Request Team' so all data in the file would need to factor in this extra field. If no request teams are in use, this can be left as an empty field but it should still be left unassigned in the field mapping wizard.
If this doesn't help, then please could you provide a sample of the CSV file, together with a screenshot of the fields selected on the Fields Mapping Wizard screen.
