On dashboard, an error message is returned on search containing both Incidents and Service Requests.  When selecting a record,  Error: "There is no modal form defined for the current object. Please go to the corresponding workspace to edit the record."

    Resolution

    Step 1.  Login to HeatSM with Admin role.
    Step 2.  Navigated to Configure Application>Dashboards>Selected dashboard.
    Step 3.  Select pencil icon to "Edit"
    Step 4.  Noted that the dashboard part "Object" property did have "FRS_MyItem (My Item)" selected.
    Step 5.  Check the "Open record in parent object, if possible"
