    Call Logging Attachment Not Found Error when ticket generated from HMC


    Resolution

    Verify the path in the HMC Console matches the FQDN of the server that the files are being written to, even if it is the local machine that is hosting HMC.


    The path needs to exactly match the path that is set in HEAT Administrator, Defaults Menu - System - System Defaults, which should also be a FQDN path, not a local machine drive letter path.
