ODBC error could not find object HEATDB when using the same account that works on another machine to connect to Call Logging

    How to change the ODBC to connect to the HEAT database for an account that has permissions but has not been pointed to that database in the ODBC itself and is getting an error connecting with Call Logging.


    Make sure that if everything is connect and if the account has the proper rights in the database, that the ODBC is pointed to the HEAT database in the screen following the user authentication. If the account does not not have a default schema pointing to the HEAT database as its default database, then it will need to be pointed to it in the ODBC connection.
