    Problem

     

    When deleting Scheduled Bulk Action in Schedule Manager, you receive an error message: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "fkey$tps_sched_attribute$sch". The conflict occured in database "LDSD_20171", table "dbo.tps_scheduled_action_attribute", column 'tps_scheduled_action_guid'. The statement has been terminated (as on the Pic.1).

    Solution

     

    This is happening because of the reference to the calculation attributes selected for this Scheduled Bulk Action. Please press Calculations button (as on the Pic.2) and remove the Selected Calculation Attributes and press OK (Pic.3). Then you will need to make a change to the Scheduled Bulk Action (e.g. add test text in name, then remove it as on Pic.4) save the scheduled Bulk Action and then you will be able to remove Scheduled Bulk Action successfully.

    Note:

     

    This issue is a know problem - Problem - 5601 - Database constraint error when deleting a scheduled action to perform a calculation. If you experience this issue, don't hesitate to log a support case and mention this Problem number. The issue will be reviewed on the sustainment review and it will be also added to Problem 5601. Please provide business impact information as well, when logging the case in support portal.
