    Several actions are showing in a Configuration Item lifecycle (such as Asset, Workstation, etc.) that were not added to the process and you do not want these appearing at this time.

    In 2017.1 a new feature was added to show Custom CI actions and is enabled by default. This feature can be disabled from the configuration center for each application.

    Solution / Workaround:

    1. Log into the Configuration Center and edit each application currently showing these actions.

    2. Change the line "Show Custom CI Actions" to false.

    3. click OK and save changes. If your web server is heavily utilized and the change did not immediately take it may be necessary to recycle the application pool.

    4. If changing the setting and an app pool recycle does not stop the actions from showing it may be necessary to edit the config file manually.

         a. Browse to C:\ProgramData\Landesk\ServiceDesk\[application name]\

         b. Edit the tps.config file in a notepad editor

         c. Find and change the line to equal false

    <add key="EnableCustomCIActions" value="false" />
