Remote Control System Tray Icon Missing if RDP into the Agent Machine

    When RDP into an Agent machine which has Remote Control component installed, even though you have selected to make the System tray icon always visible in the Remote Control settings, you are still not able to see the System tray icon.

    When log on to the Agent machine directly, the tray icon is visible:



    When RDP into the Agent machine by mstsc, the tray icon is gone:




    This is expected behavior.
