No results in "Expiring Hardware" widget

    Workspaces has a widget in the Asset Manager Workspace called "Expiring Hardware". This uses warranty data imported by Data Analytics to provide hardware refresh data. Below is an example of what it may look like:




    This breaks devices down by their refresh date, i.e. when their warranty expires.


    However, when initially looking at the widget, you might see something like this:




    This is because you don't have any devices with a populated value for "Warranty Expiration Date". To populate this, do the following:


    1. Import Warranty Data into LDMS if you haven't already.
    2. Run the DTS Rule "Last Warranty End Date", found under Data Analytics > Data Translation Services > All Types > Map Data.


    Then reload the page and head back to the Expiring hardware tab. You should now see assets.
