This document details the different versions of Windows 10 and what versions of Ivanti Device & Application Control / Heat Endpoint Security support them.
Our general support strategy for Windows 10 is as follows:
- When we release a product update, we test against all currently supported Win10 versions so that we can confirm compatibility and we will reflect this in the Support matrix below.
- When a new Windows OS update is released, we will test and support that version with the subsequent release/update. There may be exceptions to that policy where a Windows OS update is released very shortly after an Ivanti Device and Application Control update where we will test and declare support if no compatibility issues are encountered.
- When the Microsoft end of life date is reached, we no longer support that OS. To reflect that, we will update the matrix in grey italics.
