Missing and limited tab options in GoldMine even after removing and adjusting ROTab entries.

Version 1

    [SYMPTOMS]

    1. On the Contact record tabs >> Open the drop-down for the Display Tabs

    >> RESULT: Where it is expected that all available tabs appear,

     

     

    There is an incomplete list of tabs available

     

     

     

    [RESOLUTION]

    1 - Backup GoldMine database.

    2 - Query for (non-specific/public user):

    Select * dbo.Environment WHERE NAME='RoTabItemAccess' and RECTYPE='G' and USERID = '' <<< NOTE: Two single quotes/apostrophies

    OR - Query for (non-specific/public user):

    Select * dbo.Environment WHERE NAME='RoTabItemAccess' and RECTYPE='G' and USERID = 'affected GoldMine USERNAME'

    3 - If the result is returned then change above to a delete statement.

    4 - Test the result.
