QuestionTo prevent that the database logging cleanup job is still running during production hours the DBCleanupDuration registry key can be set, this key allows the cleanup job to run the set amount of hours.
AnswerAs from RES Workspace Manager Relay Server 2012 SR5 revision 3 and RES Workspace Manager Relay Server 2014 SR1 revision 3 or later, it is possible to set the DBCleanupDuration registry key to set the maximum duration of the database logging cleanup job.
To set the maximum duration of the logging database cleanup job initiated from the RES ONE Workspace Relay Server the following registry key must be set:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RES\Workspace Manager\RelayServer
Data: 1 [value must be between 1 and 24 hours]
- The value shown is an example, for longer duration this must be changed, however this must be less as 24.
- When having multiple RES ONE Workspace Relay Servers deployed in the environment the key must be set on all RES ONE Workspace Relay Servers.
