RES ONE Workspace Relay Server stops processing the transactions

    Problem

    The RES ONE Workspace Relay Server can't process the received transactions quickly enough.

    The number of queued transactions will grow and will finally result in the halt of the RES ONE Workspace Relay Server service due to the high number of queued transactions.


     

    Cause

    The number of Agents which connect to the RES ONE Workspace Relay Server(s) is too high for the transaction processing speed of the RES ONE Workspace Relay Server(s).

    The used hardware of the RES ONE Workspace Relay Server(s) is dependent for the processing speed of the transactions.


     

    Solution

    Increase the number of RES ONE Workspace Relay Server in the environment to divide the load on each RES ONE Workspace Relay Server.
