Autoemail runs OK and sends outbound messages but when the notification report is ticked to be included, emails are no longer received.
1. Check that the Data Locations have been set on the report so that the report is pointing to the Helpdesk database.
2. Check that autoemail can see the reports, i.e. if the reports are located on a different server and check the permissions of the reports to make sure that autoemail can access them.
