Helpdesk does not launch after a new installation

    Installed Helpdesk on a new machine and when double click on the Helpdesk.exe to launch, the application does not launch.

    Helpdesk.exe appears in the processes and then quickly disappears.


    To resolve this, register the licensevalidation.dll from within the Helpdesk\HDBIN32 folder.

    Then launch Helpdesk again.
