The RES ONE Service Store Service Panel responds slowly when lots of objects need to be displayed

    Problem

    Opening the RES ONE Service Store Service Panel is slow when lots of objects need to be displayed
     
    Consider the following situation:
    • The service panel is used to request services for all users
    • The environment consists of 1000+ users
    In this situation, the RES ONE Service Store Service Panel is very slow or sometimes becomes unresponsive.

     

    Solution

    This issue is under investigation by RES and will be solved in a future release of RES ONE Service Store.
