Microsoft Office 365 applications are crashing or not responding upon startup

    When starting a Microsoft Office 365 application (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Outlook), the application immediately crashes or stops responding.



    The policy "Block access to Microsoft Online" has been applied.

    This prevents Microsoft Office 365 Products from activating themselves, resulting in a hang of the application.



    Change the "Block access to Microsoft Online" policy to "Non-Configured" or "Disabled".
