Offer remote assistance not available in User Sessions overview with custom Administrative role

    Consider the following scenario:

    - Remote Assistance is properly configured on Microsoft Windows.
    - An Administrative Role is configured with modify permissions on User Session Overview for a Helpdesk user group, to give the Helpdesk the possibility to offer Remote Assistance to users.

    In this scenario when a Helpdesk Employee opens the console and right click a user in User Session Overview, the option "Offer Remote Assistance" is not available.



    The Administrative Role is created with only modify permissions on "User Sessions Overview" and this is not enough.



    Modify the Administrative Role and give read permissions on Integration -> Microsoft Remote Assistance is also needed to offer Remote Assistance.
