Applications which are created with a wildcard in the command line do not launch

Version 1

    Problem

Applications which are created with a wildcard in the command line do not launch in the user session.

The users receives a message stating “Application can’t be started” and the application command line is clipped at the first space.

Applications without spaces in the command line but with wildcards start correctly.

    For example:

When applied to C:\Windows\syst*\calc.exe, the calculator runs
When applied to C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla*\firefox.exe , firefox will not start
