Pinned items on the Start Menu are not retained after upgrading to RES Workspace Manager 2015

Version 1

    Problem

After upgrading to RES ONE Workspace 2015 (9.10.0.0) on Microsoft Windows 8 and Microsoft Windows Server 2012 the pinned items on the Windows Start Menu are gone.

Users are able to pin new items to the Start Menu while in a session but after login out and back in to the session the pinned items are gone.

Pinned items are also deleted occasionally when refreshing the workspace.

    Cause

The pinned items are added to an unnamed Tiles group by default when users select "Pin to Start Menu". The default group is not saved correctly in the preferences files of RES ONE Workspace.

    Solution

This issue is resolved in RES ONE Workspace 2015 (9.10.0.1)
