Issue: Power Management Tool not available in Tools menu

    Power Management Tool is not available in the Tools Menu.




    1.  Power Management Tool is only available in the console to users with the Administrator RBA rights or with the power management role.




    2. The core is not properly licensed.   Either reactivate the core or contact your Sales Representative to check your licensing options.   Power Manager is available to users with a full Ivanti Endpoint Manager license or greater.   A lesser license does not have Ivanti Power Manager.




    3. The enutools.xml file has the wrong information in it. If after upgrading you are not seeing the Power Management Tools. Replace this file with the one located in the Service Update install files. ENUtools.xml can be found in [drive]:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\enutools.xml
