Import of a RES ONE Workspace Building Block generates an error message

Version 1

    Consider the following scenario:
    • A Building Block of a Workspace Container was generated by running the following command:  pwrtech.exe /export <filepath> /GUID={xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx} (where xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx is the GUID of the Building block in question)
    • The resulting .xml file is imported through the User Interface of the RES ONE Workspace Console
In this scenario an error message appears:
"One or more Errors occurred while loading Building Block files"

In the subsequent Import Building block window the status of the affected building block reads: Insufficient Permissions

If the building block is imported through running the following command pwrtech.exe /add <path + name XML-file> no error message is generated, but the Workspace Container is not created

This issue is resolved in RES ONE Workspace 10.1.0.
In case the Minor Release is not (yet) available, or in case the Minor Release cannot be installed, contact RES
Support to obtain more information on the availability of a Revision.
IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific
problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, RES recommends that you wait for the next
    service release containing these fixes.

As a workaround it is possible to import a Building Block which has been generated through the User Interface of the RES ONE Workspace Console, by right clicking on the Workspace Container and choosing "Create Building block".
