Starting managed apps delayed when Process Interception is enabled

    Problem

    In the scenario where a system is running with a high load of users when Process Interception is configured for application a noticeable delay occurs.  
    This delay increases as more users are added and is only noticed when an application is intercepted.

    Starting applications from the Start Menu does not suffer from this delay.

    Solution

    This issue is resolved in RES Workspace Manager 2012 SR5 and RES Workspace Manager 2014 SR1.
