ProblemWithin an RES Workspace Manager session you are unable to launch a Microsoft App-V applications due to hanging pwrgrids.exe. If you start the Microsoft App-V application from an unmanaged shortcut the issue does not occur.

Configure RES Workspace Manager to cache Terminal Server Client information.
Add the following key to the registry;
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RES\Workspace Manager
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\RES\Workspace Manager
This registry key can also be set on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
