ProblemConsider the following situation:
- In RES Workspace Manager the Idle Timeout registry keys are configured.
- The desktop of the user is locked.
Due to the Idle timeout the user session is logged off.
When the user logs on again an empty desktop is presented.
In the event log in the users Workspace Analysis will still report "End of User Session".
CauseA normal logoff is triggered by the Idle Time Out registry keys instead of a forced logoff. Because of this after the composer has finished the rundown procedure, the logoff can be cancelled by any program.
SolutionThis issue is resolved in RES Workspace Manager 2012 SR6.
