ProblemUnmanaged shortcuts for Microsoft App-V 5 applications are not replaced by managed shortcuts even though this has been enabled on the managed Microsoft App-V 5 application in the RES Workspace Manager configuration. The option "Replace existing unmanaged shortcuts" is enabled.
The Microsoft App-V 5 sequence contains normally shortcuts for the start menu and/or desktop and these shortcuts are also placed if the Microsoft App-V 5 is started during the session.
CauseThe command line for the managed and unmanaged is completely different and therefore not recognized by RES Workspace Manager.
