Forced logoff off a locked user session not executed properly

    Problem

    Forced logoff off a locked user session not executed properly. The session is unlocked for a few seconds and a user is then able to view the open applications, a few seconds later the session is logged off.

    Consider the following scenario:
    •   A user session is running on a laptop, workstation or a remote session.
    •   The session is locked.
    •   In the RES Workspace Manager environment a tool, such as PsExec, remotely performs a forced logoff or restart.

    Solution

    This issue is resolved in RES Workspace Manager 2014 SR2.
     
    In case the Service Release is not (yet) available or in case the Service Release cannot be installed, a revision containing this update is available on request at RES Support.
     
    IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, RES Software recommends that you wait for the next service release containing these fixes.
