Error "You are not allowed to use this application" if a second Citrix published application is started

    If a user is trying to start a new application from the Citrix Web Interface the error "You are not allowed to use this application" is shown and the application will not start. All existing applications can be started and after a new logon the new application is able to start.

    This applies to the following scenario:

    - The user is able to start Citrix published applications managed by RES Workspace Manager.
    - Citrix Session Sharing is working, all applications are running in the same session.
    - In the RES Workspace Manager Console a user or an Active Directory group is added for access.
    - Refresh in Citrix Web Interface is used.


    This issue is resolved in RES Workspace Manager 2014 SR2.
    In case the Service Release is not (yet) available or in case the Service Release cannot be installed, a revision containing this update is available on request at RES Support.
    IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, RES Software recommends that you wait for the next service release containing these fixes.
