    Problem

    The message `SessionGuard has detected that you already have an active session` shows an incorrect user and/or server.

    For example:

    User X starts a session on Server A. The SessionGuard message shows an already active session for user Y on Server B. User A is not able to logon.

     

    Cause

    The homedrive is not available for the user during logon.

     

    Solution

    Make sure the homedrive is available in the RES Workspace Manager session.

    Check the configuration of the homedrive for the user in e.g. the Active Directory or in the RES Workspace Manager Console.
