Windows Key + E not working in a RES Workspace Manager session

    Problem

    When users logon to a RES Workspace Manager session they are not able to use the Windows + E key.

    Users are able to start the Windows Explorer by clicking on an icon.

     

    Cause

    Hide Control Panel, Printer and Network Settings are configured within Lockdown and Behavior.

    This sets the REG_DWORD registry key "NoSetFolders" to 1.

     

    Solution

    Disable Control Panel Printer and Network Settings in Lockdown and Behavior.
