ProblemA Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 or Microsoft Windows 8.1 machine with Microsoft Hotfix KB3000850 installed could cause a Microsoft Windows Explorer crash when RES Workspace Manager is installed and active for the session.
CauseMicrosoft Hotfix KB3000850 changed the behavior of Microsoft Windows Explorer.

SolutionThis issue is resolved in RES Workspace Manager 2014 SR3.
In case the Service Release is not (yet) available or in case the Service Release cannot be installed, a revision containing this update is available on request at RES Support.
