Error message: "The requested resource has been removed from the server"

Version 1

    Problem

When  starting a published passthrough application, the Citrix online plug-in can display the following error message:
"The requested resource has been removed from the server".

This error is displayed when the application is published with the Instant Passthrough setting "Using the Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent (pnagent.exe)".

    Cause

Since Citrix WebInterface version 5.2 or higher, the command to start an application via PNAgent.exe has been changed.

Prior Citrix WebInterface 5.2 the commandline was:
    Pnagent.exe /QLaunch "<ApplicationName>"

Since Citrix WebInterface 5.2 this should be:
    Pnagent.exe /QLaunch "<Farmname>:<ApplicationName>"

    Solution

Since RES Workspace Manager 2011 SR5 choose for "Using the Citrix Program Neighbourhood Agent (Pnagent.exe)" and define the `Farm` field.
In this option you must specify the farm name which you have specified in the Citrix XenApp Services Site.
The Farm name option is case sensitive, use the name exactly as defined within the Citrix XenApp Services Site.

This name will be used within the command when starting a published application, like:
    “.\PNagent.exe” /QLAUNCH “<farmname>:<application name>”.

For RES PowerFuse 2010 SR3 until RES Workspace Manager 2011 SR4 use the following registry key to define this farm name:

    32-bit:

    Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\RES\Workspace Manager
    Type: REG_SZ
    Value name: CTX_PNLaunchUsesFarmName
Value data: <Farm name defined in the Citrix XenApp Services site>

    64-bit:

    Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\RES\Workspace Manager
    Type: REG_SZ
    Value name: CTX_PNLaunchUsesFarmName
Value data: <Farm name defined in the Citrix XenApp Services site>
