Problem
Consider the following scenario:- Microsoft Windows Server 2016.
- In Composition > Applications > Settings, the shortcut creation mode is set to: "Replace all unmanaged shortcuts".
- In Composition > Applications > Settings, the shortcut creation mode is set to: "Replace all tiles on start screen".
Workaround:
Configure the following registry setting to change the way RES ONE Workspace will compose the Microsoft Windows Start Menu:

System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RES\Workspace Manager]
Value Name: AsyncStartMenu
Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
Value Data: No

Solution
This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.0.0In case the Minor Release is not (yet) available, or in case the Minor Release cannot be installed, contact Ivanti Support to obtain more information on the availability of a Revision.
IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Ivanti recommends that you wait for the next service release containing these fixes.
