Creating a new folder on the desktop on Microsoft Windows 10 results in several 'New folders' that could not be edited or removed

Version 1

    Problem

    Consider the following scenario:
    • At Security > Data > Files and Folders, on the Files and Folders tab, the Desktop folder was blocked.
    • A user logged on to a RES ONE Workspace session on a machine running Microsoft Windows 10.
      • Using standard Windows functionality, the user created a new folder on the desktop.
In this scenario, in the user session, several folders (New folder, New folder (2), New folder (3), etc.) were created.
The folders could not be edited or deleted by the user.
