ProblemADMX files contain <elements> sections, these sections might contain different types of elements, e.g. check boxes and multi-line fields.
In case a checkbox is enabled and just one single line of text is used in the multi-line text field without a trailing <ENTER>, the text will not be saved and incomplete configuration will be applied in an RES ONE Workspace managed session.
SolutionThis issue is resolved in RES ONE Workspace 10.2.0.0.
In case the Minor Release is not (yet) available, or in case the Minor Release cannot be installed, contact Ivanti Support to obtain more information on the availability of a Revision.
IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Ivanti recommends that you wait for the next service release containing these fixes.
The following workaround can be used to (temporarily) solve the issue.
Add a trailing <ENTER> to the text line.
