Microsoft Office user settings not being captured at application end using process interception.

    The User Settings for a Microsoft Office application (2010 and above) are not captured at application end when using only process interception to manage the shortcut. . This issue occurs after installing RES ONE Workspace or above.

    The capture of the user settings may initially occur, but eventually the capture will fail. 


    This issue does not occur with user settings captured at the global level or at session end at the application level.



    This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control

    In case the Minor Release is not (yet) available or in case the Minor Release cannot be installed, a revision containing this update is available on request at RES Support.

    IMPORTANT: A revision contains multiple fixes. Only apply this revision when you are experiencing a specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, RES Software recommends that you wait for the next service release containing these fixes.
