Variables stored in User Settings might be restored incorrectly after installing RES ONE Workspace 10.1 or higher

Version 1

    Problem

If a stored User Setting contains a variable that is wrapped in double percent-signs (%%), this variable is restored incorrectly. The wrapped set of the percent-signs is translated to the actual path.

    Example:

The stored registry (REG_SZ) value %%APPDATA%% is restored as %<Actual APPDATA path>%. The expectation is that the %%APPDATA%% value is restored as %%APPDATA%%.
