Local RES ONE Workspace Agent Cache stops synchronizing due to non-unicode characters used in object names

    Consider the following scenario:
    • Language for non-unicode programs is NOT set to English (United States).
    • non-unicode characters are used for objects in the RES ONE Workspace Console, e.g. Æø .

    The RES ONE Workspace Agent Cache Synchronization will stop and the following errors will be shown on the Composition > Administration > Agents > Agent properties
    Hash failed on object 'ObjectNameWithStrangeCharacters'
    Failed to get object from database '{GUID}'

    The RES ONE Workspace Trace will show the following trace statements:

    This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.500.0
