If you go to Tools > Users' Settings... > Properties of a user > Tab Time Clock sometimes absurd amount of Keys and Clicks are displayed.
While you can see that via Tools > Logs > GoldMine Logs > Users Login logs - blank values are displayed.
The reason why it displays this that the underlying fields have (still) a NULL value. Why the fields contain a NULL value may have different reasons for example crashes, that a user did not log out over the night etc. Instead of displaying 0 or NA or something similar the Time Clock shows a random number which might be different from time to time but within one view should be always the same
In the Tools >> Logs >> GoldMine Logs >> User Logs the NULL value is correctly interpreted and not as a random number.
There is no real resolution as the only way to get this fixed would be an update query for the USERLOG files where KEYS and CLICKS are NULL values, but the problem will re-occur again so the update queries need to be run regularly
