HOWTO: Configure additional mailboxes in E-mail Settings
Additional mailboxes can be added by using the option Additional mailboxes on the E-mail Settings for Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365) or Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 or higher.
The user needs to have read permissions on the mailbox on Microsoft Exchange in order to add it successfully by Ivanti Workspace Control.
The following information is required to configure a mailbox.
|Mailbox||The e-mail address of the mailbox|
|Server||The server that holds the mailbox. This field is greyed out when the option Use Autodiscover is used.|
|Group or User||DOMAIN\Groupname or DOMAIN\Username|
