This Solution applies to all versions of Ivanti Service Manager (current version, on the date when this article is created is 2017.2)
An email, sent from Journal from address [email protected]
is delivered from different email address than it is set up in Quick Action.
Open Email Workspace
If column “From Email” contains the same value as “From” field from an email window which appears after clicking Journal -> Create -> Email (see first and second picture of this article) it means that Ivanti Service Manager works fine and email address has been changed by Email Server.
In that case it is required to contact Email Server Administrator.
