- RES ONE Workspace 10.1 or later is used.
- The option Pin to Start is enabled under in the shortcut properties on the managed application.
- The user logs on and the tile is pinned to the Tiles Screen.
- The user unpins the tile, logs off and logs back on again.
In this scenario the tile is repinned. As the tile is voluntary, it should not.
This issue has been resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.500.0
