When trying to start a remote session from a workstation to the iGoldMine server you get the following error.
Error: iGoldMine connection failed. the host could not create a new session.
This can happen when the server is powered off due to power failure.
Check the APS logs on the iGoldMine server located in the following location:
C:\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global\Log (unbranded - look for the aps html files.)
C:\Program Files\FrontRange\iGoldMinel\Log (branded as iGoldMine look for the APS html files.)
If you find the following error within the APS log:
"APS (1324) A Bug Check (BSOD) was detected from a previous system start and iGoldMine has been disabled. To re-enable iGoldMine, delete the C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\DBCM.bin file and restart the computer."
Browse to the following location :
2.Delete the DBCM.bin file.
3.Reboot the server.
