Logoff delayed for minutes in an Ivanti Workspace Control managed session

    Consider the following scenario:

    VMware Horizon View is used as a virtualization platform.

    Microsoft Windows Server 2016 is used with Ivanti Workspace Control.

    User Settings are enabled.


    If the logoff is initiated, immediately a black screen is shown to the user and after a few minutes, a normal logoff continues.

    Finally, the session will logoff gracefully and no errors are registered in the User Event Log or in the trace file.



    This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.700.0.
